6.3 Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails because no one is available to receive the parcel, the carrier will follow their standard re-delivery or collection process. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout or failure to collect, we may charge redelivery costs.

6.4 Risk and Title

Ownership of and risk in the products passes to you upon delivery.
